complete a lease within 7 working days.The normal time
is 21 days. Where your requirement for space is very
urgent we can prepare a licence to occupy the premises
until the lease can be prepared. We have on several
occasions negotiated terms, prepared a licence and had
the tenant in occupation the same day! |
